Hello dears! and welcome to the second meet and greet at chapeblog 🙂

I´ve been thinking how to make the meet and greet more fun.

Besides blogging, traveling is a great way to meet new people. So, I thought to visit a new place every meet and greet. Hopefully, I will get you in a traveler mood and be willing to meet new people.

This week, we´re going to New Zealand! New Zealand was one of the last major landmasses settled by humans. Before the arrival of humans, an estimated 80% of the land was covered in forest, with only high alpine, wet, infertile and volcanic areas without trees. Massive deforestation occurred after humans arrived, with around half the forest cover lost to fire after Polynesian settlement.       1. Thank you, David! Yes, it’s ugly already, but I’m taking a stand and am fighting for the rights of all citizens. It’s time for all of us in this country to pay attention and not be lured in by ‘alternative facts’ and ‘fake news’. We will not be bullied!

      2. It´ll be a tough fight, a test for all of you as a society.
        In Spain, we failed years ago, epically! Spanish ignorance goes back to the beginning of time.
        I have to say I dreamed a better world and enjoyed doing politics in the street (agora?) like the old greeks, but it´s all over.
        I wish you nothing but success!
