Triceps dips

The triceps dip is an excellent exercise for toning your arms. It can be performed almost anywhere.

Put your hands shoulder-width apart on a secured bench or stable chair, fingers facing forward and elbows pointing backward with a slight bend in the elbows.With your legs extended out in front of you, slide your butt off the front of the bench.

Inhale and slowly bend your elbows to lower your body toward the floor until your elbows are at about a 90-degree angle. Be sure to keep your back close to the bench.

Once you reach the bottom of the movement, exhale and press down into the bench to straighten your elbows, returning to the starting position.

    Ahh! this is a different way to do “Triceps Dips”, I have always used the machine (without assistance) and did them in a standing position verses sitting. I like this one though and I have seen some do it before.

        The home version, okay! this makes sense then! although it can be done at the gym too! XD in case anyone didn’t want to do the other type.
        Oh goodness, a plate on my thighs? I thought the normal dips were hard enough, now we add plates to this and no longer do I find it to be easy! hahaa

      2. Hahahahahahahaha! omg you saying “visit hell” reminds me of my conversation I had with my friend – whenever we do planks we always make the comment “we are going to take a long visit to hell today”.. Lmao
