Exciting news!!!

Hello, dears 🙂

As most of you already know, a couple of weeks ago I was invited to MiddleMe to explain some easy exercises you can do at your workplace. It seems you liked the topic so we´ve been working on another post, this time, focus on toning the upper back.

  1. Sending you my blessings as you continue to help people with their fitness issues. My over/55 year old son was here yesterday; I was so proud that he takes care of himself like he does. He looks great and has such a spirit to help others keep fit. I think of you in that way. Especially since I am guessing that you care for the social, spiritual, and emotional needs of people also. I know Roger, my son, does. Out there meeting needs in wholesome ways!

      When I grow up I want to be like your son. I feel flattered you see me helpful.
      Also, I care for all those needs but I try to keep my blog as a little oasis of fitness, wellness and positive thoughts… sometimes I fail 🙂
