Easy crunch

When we describe how to do a crunch, the hands can be behind or beside the neck or crossed over the chest.

For beginners, I recommend place them on the thighs. Obviously, lie on your back with bent knees πŸ™‚

Exhale and contract your abdominal muscles, approaching your breastbone to your pelvis.

Reach your knees with your fingers. Inhale and come back to starting position.

Is it easy enough?

    1. The core of the body is broadly considered to be the torso, which includes more muscles than the abs. Planks or deadlift are great for core strengting, and they involve several muscles.
      Sit ups are more specific exercises, but a good workout is not made with sit ups only πŸ˜‰

      1. If you’ve just started, yes!
        Cardio goes first! Bike, treadmill, it’s up to you.
        Then, circuit training for toning. But there is no point to do it if you need to rest after every exercise.
        Also, don’t focus only on the problem areas πŸ™‚ the body is a whole. Pay more atention, if you will, to the problem areas, but don’t forget the other muscles πŸ˜‰
