Workout for beginners: Wax on, wax off.

Hello, dears 🙂

I promised some new workouts and challenges so, the first one is almost ready!

Let´s begin with the beginners and a full body circuit workout. I´ve limited the required equipment to the basic fundamentals 🙂 You will tone your body while you learn the essential exercises because I know you are busy. Warm-up, workout, and cool down in less than one hour.

Do your remember “The Karate Kid”? I´m not Mr. Miyagi and this is not karate but it´s the same spirit 🙂

        I understand that healthy eating is a difficult choice nowadays. I support you, no doubt!
        About Bee, I´m impressed. I´ve read Bee´s bio, shamanism? we can talk about drugs anytime, my thesis was about that 😀 Prehistoric and Amazonian tribes are my forte.
        I think I didn´t understand what do you want from me 🙂

  2. I just thought you’d find it funny when I asked you to do my workout for me. Sorry, you didn’t get my joke. You see, I think, I’m funny -but apparently most people don’t feel the same. 😦

      Let me explain. I got the workout joke. Sarcasm is not the best answer, my bad.
      In the other hand, I had a hard time with your other comment 🙂 Common expressions are hard to translate. Funny example: I shared this workout on fb. A guy from Netherlands wondered if “wax on, wax off” has something to do with waxing his legs 😀
      You are funny but your other sentences (translated to spanish) invited me to comment, advice, and/or learn from Bee´s website at the same time 🙂
      Yesterday, I bitted my tongue. Now I must say: a German self-proclaimed shaman is not fun, is hilarious 😀

      1. Of course I did! Maybe not allllll of it -but I did take a very long walk, and a few of the ones in the list. Don’t count me out -I can do 100 crunches and 25 girl pushups -so I’m not weak, just fat! With your guidance I will do better. Ugh!!!!

      2. That´s great! Long walks are better to lose fat than a circuit routine. If you are short of time, walking comes first.
        Also, my first tip: water, water and more water between meals.
        Let´s go for it!! 😉
