Easy day 2

Hello, beautiful people!

I don´t remember if I told you, but I have two slipped discs (L4-L5, L5-S1) so, my core, lower back and my erector spinae require special attention.

Sumarizing:

Workout Day2

As you can see, I add calf raises and forearm. This is a way to create “quality time training” to these muscle groups in the near future.

Polar Day2

It looks like a rest day, right? Let´s see that graphic tomorrow 🙂
